PAIYA เป็นแอปสำหรับนักเดินทางที่ไปช้อปที่ญี่ปุ่น เราออกแบบให้เก็บข้อมูลน้อยที่สุดเท่าที่จำเป็น เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ ไม่มีโฆษณา และไม่ติดตามคุณข้ามแอปหรือข้ามเว็บไซต์

ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

บัญชีผู้ใช้

คุณเริ่มใช้งานได้ทันทีในโหมดผู้เยี่ยมชม (guest) โดยไม่ต้องกรอกอะไรเลย ระบบจะสร้างรหัสผู้ใช้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตนให้ หากคุณเลือกผูกอีเมล เราจะเก็บอีเมลและรหัสผ่านที่เข้ารหัสไว้ เพื่อให้คุณกลับมาใช้ข้อมูลเดิมได้

ข้อมูลที่คุณกรอกเอง

ข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน

ประวัติการสแกนสินค้า (สินค้าอะไร เมื่อไร)
สินค้าที่คุณบันทึกไว้
จำนวนครั้งที่ใช้ฟีเจอร์ในแต่ละเดือน (เพื่อบังคับใช้โควตาแพ็กเกจ)
การกดลิงก์ร้านค้า/คูปอง (เพื่อคำนวณค่าคอมมิชชัน)

รูปภาพ

เราไม่เก็บรูปของคุณ เมื่อคุณถ่ายใบเสร็จหรือถ่ายแพ็กเกจสินค้า รูปจะถูกส่งไปประมวลผลเพื่ออ่านข้อความและวิเคราะห์ แล้วผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นข้อความจะถูกบันทึกไว้ ตัวไฟล์รูปจะไม่ถูกจัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา

สิทธิของคุณ

แก้ไข — แก้หรือลบทริป ค่าใช้จ่าย และสินค้าที่บันทึกได้ตลอดเวลา
ลบบัญชี — ขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ที่หน้าโปรไฟล์ หรืออีเมลมาหาเรา เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน
ขอสำเนาข้อมูล — อีเมลมาขอได้

เด็กและเยาวชน

PAIYA ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา

ข้อสำคัญเรื่องข้อมูลสินค้า

ข้อมูลสินค้า คำแนะนำ และคำตอบจาก AI ในแอปนี้เป็นบทสรุปโดยประมาณ ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์ สำหรับยาและผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ กรุณาอ่านฉลากของผู้ผลิตและปรึกษาเภสัชกรทุกครั้ง ราคาที่แสดงเป็นราคาอ้างอิงและอาจต่างจากราคาหน้าร้าน

PAIYA — Your Travel Shopping Companion

PAIYA is an app for travellers shopping in Japan. It is built to collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data, we show no advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

Your account

You can start using PAIYA immediately as a guest, entering nothing at all — we create an anonymous account identifier for you. If you choose to add an email address, we store that email and an encrypted password so you can return to your data.

Information you enter

Scan history (which products, and when)

Monthly feature usage counts (used to enforce plan limits)
Taps on store and coupon links (used to attribute commission)
Your subscription status

Photos

We do not keep your photos. When you photograph a receipt or a product package, the image is sent for text recognition and analysis, the resulting text is saved, and the image itself is not stored on our servers.

What we do not collect

Location — the app never requests location permission and stores no coordinates.
Contacts, calendar, or microphone
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) — no ads, no cross-app tracking.
Card details — all payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card number.

Third-party services

We share the minimum necessary with these providers so the features work:

Your rights

Access — view your data in the app on the Profile screen.
Correct or delete — edit or remove trips, expenses, and saved products at any time.
Delete your account — request deletion of your account and all associated data from the Profile screen or by email. We action this within 30 days.
Get a copy — email us for an export of your data.

Children

PAIYA is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Product information, recommendations, and AI answers in this app are approximate summaries and are not medical advice. For medicines and health products, always read the manufacturer's label and consult a pharmacist. Prices shown are reference prices and may differ from in-store prices.
